As an experienced digital marketer and serial entrepreneur, Chase Chappell has established various businesses that help companies get the most bang for their buck on digital marketing. Chase has helped some of the industry’s biggest giants, like 7-Eleven and Power Crunch, to level up their digital marketing game through his all-around media marketing firm Chappell Digital.

Chase’s innovation, however, is Sirge.io - an innovative software package for handling ad tracking and attribution on social media platforms.

“Sirge is initially being launched for E-commerce companies, especially after Apple’s iOS 14.5 update, which made targeting, tracking, and ad personalization much more difficult on platforms like Facebook and TikTok,” says Chase.

Aside from a well-rounded team of experts, Chase Chappell’s experience with digital marketing as the founder of Chappell Digital and creator and instructor of Facebook and TikTok Ads Expert Mastery Class allowed them to design a software package that would meet all the industry’s needs while resulting in some unique insights that will enable firms to reach marketing breakthroughs despite the iOS update and similar challenges in the future.

“When the update first went online, it started a panic in the market because everybody thought that the results were going down, and it caused these cascades of firms making poor decisions,” says Chase. “But it was just really a false reaction. The results haven’t changed that much. It’s just that the reporting aspect that people have come to expect is no longer available. People started figuring it out eventually, but it remained hard for advertisers and marketers agencies to get good results or attempt to scale without the data.”

Through Sirge, Chase was able to fill the vacuum left by the iOS update with a custom software platform that collects and analyzes first-party data. This is coupled with a unique tracking algorithm and an intuitive custom dashboard that allows firms to see their true ROI with their Facebook and TikTok marketing campaigns.

Chase Chappell proudly shares that Sirge just took the market by storm.

“Its growth was explosive, and we transformed into a six-figure company within the first week after posting a viral video online. This resulted in a massive support issue since we suddenly had an unprecedented demand for onboarding, traffic, setting up, and all the associated work at a scale that our team couldn’t handle at the time,” he says.

Today, Chase Chappell and his team are focusing on developing a Sirge 2.0 that would handle the demand and offer greater coverage with other social media platforms.

“The key thing with Sirge and digital marketing today is that you have to be super versatile,” he says. “Things can change rapidly regarding regulations and technological developments, and you must always be ready to adapt. It’s this adaptability that I always make sure we maintain with the Sirge team.”
