Twitter user Wario64 regularly shares deals online, but he found that when purchasing a game during the Target sale that begins on the 29th, buyers must select the “order pickup” option. Sadly this would mean that the sale is not eligible for delivery and is not an option to those that just want to stay home.

That being said, there are a few popular games on sale, so it is worth taking a look at what’s available if a Target is accessible and nearby. Some games included are The Outer Worlds, Marvel’s Spider-Man, Rainbow Six: Siege, Borderlands 3, and Yu-Gi-Oh Legacy of The Duelist: Link Evolution.
The Outer Worlds is nominated for several game awards this year including Best Narrative and Game of The Year due to its vast open-world, captivating story, and weapon system. The Outer Worlds will be on sale for $40 and is well worth the purchase.
If players are interested in trying a tactical first-person shooter, Rainbow Six: Siege should be considered. With updates that change the way the game is played, adding new operators and maps, along with a destructible environment, Rainbow Six: Siege is a game that could be of interest. With the vast amount of operators and the millions of possibilities that a match can go, there is a steep learning curve to the game but it feels so rewarding once mastered. Rainbow Six: Siege will be on sale for $20.
For something that is more handheld, players who are into card games may enjoy Yu-Gi-Oh Legacy of The Duelist: Link Evolution. The game will be on sale for $30 and allows players to play through a campaign of every Yu-Gi-Oh series. This would mean the original Duel Monsters, GX, 5Ds, Zexal, Arc-V, and VRAINS. Players can revisit their favorite duels from each series using decks themed after the characters or bring their own deck along. The game is pretty up to date with cards and will have a huge update in 2020 along with the game’s release on PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
Be sure to check out the Target site and check the full list of savings.
